Support ezEMRx personnel will be available to you via phone or email. Online technical support is provided during regular business hours (Mon-Fri; 10am-4pm).
Training ezEMRx products adopts a friendly interface usings "Tabs" which considerably reduces the amount of training time to the user. The screens are presented to give a ready view of the patient without much clicking. We strongly believe in providing training and support to the customrs in order for them to succeed in using our products. In order for customers to get support in an easy manner we have adopted various methodoligis in providing these services, e.g. we have all the user manuals online as well as a live chat feature if they need to talk with any of our support staff.
