ezEMRx Ver 10.00 (CHPL ID# 15.02.05.2886.EZEM.01.01.1.220105) is compliant and was certified by SLI Compliance on January 5, 2022. The 2015 criteria supports the Meaningful Use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The 2015 criteria also supports MIPS/MACRA.

MU Disclosure

The ezEMRx Certified EHR (ezEMRx 10.00) meets the certification criteria. This Health IT Module is 2015 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Additional Software

ezEMRx uses the following for its Health IT Module certification criteria:

  • NewCrop processing system for its prescription transmission capabilities to the Surescripts network. ezEMRx's Health IT EHR solution is Surescripts certified. No other additional costs are required and is included in the recurring monthly subscription.

  • SES HISP for DIRECT messaging. No other additional costs are required and is included in the recurring monthly subscription.

ezEMRx requires a browser (Mozilla Firefox ESR versions), Java run time (JRE) and Adobe Reader for its usability. Specifications can be found by Clicking Here.

 

Meaningful Use Price Transparency

The following additional costs are required in addition to the recurring monthly subscription.

  • AMA royalty fees

  • SMS notification fees

  • Clearing House fees

  • Initial implementation and setup fees (one time)

  • Training fees

The following section below outlines:

  • No other additional costs are required for the use the EHR or Health IT Module’s capabilities, either to meet meaningful use objectives and measures or to achieve any other use within the scope of the health IT’s certification.

  • Integrations covered under professional services agreements maybe subject to additional costs as a one time fee, however, if integration services do benefit a larger customer population, this maybe waived.
